To announce an event you must be registered as a user. To do this click on "Administration" then on "Sign up here". Fill out the form carefully. Once validated you will receive a confirmation email. Click on the content link or copy it to your browser. You are registered as a user of the site. Then you will only have to indicate your login / password.
